Retired in 2023 as Non-Exec Chairman of UK Commercial Property REIT, an authorised closed ended Guernsey registered investment trust listed on the LSE (market capitalisation c. £1Bn).

Member of Chartered Accountants Ireland. Formerly Partner in Farrell Grant Sparks Corporate Finance and Financial Controller with Gunne Estate Agents.

Responsibility for a wide range of private equity investments across a range of sectors for Oyster Capital Partners.

Formerly Non-Exec Chairman of Advanced Environmental Systems (Ireland), Complete Telecoms and Dolmen Stockbrokers (now Cantor Fitzgerald).

Currently, he is Non-Executive Director of inter alia, GC Aesthetics, Titan HQ and Amarenco Solar.

Martin is a member of both Chartered Accountants Ireland and Irish Tax Institute. He was a former Partner and Head of Tax with Farrell Grant Sparks.

Mary has over twenty years of experience in finance roles across a range of
industries including property investment, property management, IT, hospitality and industrial services

CFO of LNC Property Group and Oyster Capital since 2003 with responsibility for investment analysis, monitoring of investments, management of group finance teams, responsibility for group tax and financial reporting.

Formerly Group Director of Finance for SmartForce PLC, Mary is a qualified Chartered Accountant having trained with PWC and holds a B.Comm from UCD.

Rob has been Chief Investment Officer since 2022 with over 25 years’ experience advising on major real estate developments, transactions, and finance as both a principal and trusted advisor in Ireland, the UK and EMEA Previously the Senior Development Manager with Hammerson plc in Dublin and Development Management Lead for Dundrum Town Centre and the wider Dundrum Estate. Rob has lived in Ireland since 2005 and worked as a partner with Cushman & Wakefield (London and EMEA), Head of Property Strategy at IBRC (Dublin) and Associate Director and valuation consultant with Savills Ireland.

Mr. Bloomer is a Chartered Valuation Surveyor (MRICS) with a Financial Planning Diploma (QFA).
